His extensive experience stems from years of first-hand experience troubleshooting, developing, and qualifying all types of moist heat and dry heat sterilisation processes.

Bobby is committed to ensuring all of BPVs employees make sure that patient safety is considered above all else, as he diligently leads the team to validate equipment and processes for each of our pharmaceutical clients. Beyond his professional pursuits, Bobby continues to push himself competing in motor racing and off-road bike riding. Known for his enthusiastic attitude to finding solutions, and remarkable engineering background, Bobby exemplifies expertise and approachability, making him an integral part of the BPV Limited family.

Meet Peter, an experienced professional with a passion for pharmaceutical validation. Peter brings a wealth of expertise to his position as the thermal mapping (CTU's) SME at BPV Limited. His extensive experience is from over 5 years hands-on qualifying an array of CTU's in the pharmaceutical industry.

Peter is committed to ensuring patient safety above all else, as he diligently validates equipment for pharmaceutical clients. His meticulous attention to detail and dedication to upholding the highest standards in the industry make him an invaluable asset to the BPV Limited team.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Peter is an avid enthusiast about keeping fit by going for long walks and going to the gym. In his leisure time, he enjoys dining and watching an array of documentaries and films. Peter is known for his friendly attitude and great motivation towards his work. Peter exemplifies expertise and approachability, making him an integral part of the BPV Limited family.

Meet Helen Martin who is new to the industry and has already demonstrated a keen interest in developing and perfecting new skills in Quality Control. Helen started out with BPV as a Validation technician, supporting the company director in performing high pressure qualification activities which demonstrated her attention to detail and commitment to the tasks at hand.

Beyond her professional endeavour’s, Helen finds joy in diverse pursuits. From engaging in spirited pub quizzes to the excitement of a friendly bowling match, she knows how to strike a balance. Additionally, Helen cherishes her holiday getaways, embracing new experiences and adventures. Her heart swells with happiness during leisurely strolls alongside her loyal companion, Harley, who joins her on scenic dog walks.

Jodie's role at BPV involves directly supporting customers as they progress on their project journey - from gathering initial client requirements, to communicating with the rest of the team to ensure projects are properly co-ordinated and delivered to the highest standard.

With a degree in Biomedical Science, she enjoys learning about the scientific aspects of validation and how they go on to ensure pharmaceutical products are safe. Before joining BPV she spent 4 years directly supporting life-science companies in customer facing roles.

She endeavors to bring a customer centric approach to everything she does and fulfil your requirements to the highest level.

Outside of work, Jodie is an avid singer, song writer and performer with 3 songs currently published on Spotify and Apple Music. In addition to music, Jodie enjoys spending time in nature and travelling to new places.

Meet Slawomir Maj, a seasoned professional with over 12 years of expertise in Sales and Business Development. Having spent 6 years living and working in China, he possesses profound insights into Asian culture and boasts extensive experience in LATAM and EMEA markets. Slawomir has successfully navigated diverse industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Wind Power, Power Distribution-MV Switchgear, and Brands Distribution.

Slawomir brings his dynamic skill set to drive growth and expansion in the industry. With a keen eye for detail and an understanding of global markets, he continuously strengthens BPV's presence.

Beyond his professional life, Slawomir is an passionate photographer, capturing fashion and street photographs; Slawomir is also a keen football fan and Celtic Glasgow supporter.
